I spend a lot of time around buyers, homeowners, agents, lenders, properties, and open houses. The same gap appears again and again: people are given plenty of information, but they are often left without a clear next step.

Field Notes is where I will document the things I see, the questions people actually ask, and the lessons that are worth carrying forward. Some notes will come from a conversation. Others may begin with an open house, a difficult property, a financing misconception, or something I got wrong and had to reconsider.

The standard

The goal is not to pretend that one answer fits every buyer or every home. It is to make complicated situations easier to understand and help people ask better questions before making expensive decisions.

The experiences and positions here are mine. AI may help organize, edit, or clarify the writing. It does not manufacture the underlying observation.

Client details will remain private. Financial claims will be treated carefully. When a subject depends on a lender, inspector, attorney, tax professional, or another specialist, I will say so directly.

Summit 65 is about the long climb, but every long climb is made from smaller decisions. Field Notes is where we examine those decisions one at a time.
